Buenos Aires is a whole different city at nighttime than it is by day: when the sun goes down, the city is lit and its look changes dramatically. We’ll depart from Plaza de Mayo, where we’ll see the Presidential Palace, the Cabildo and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Down Avenida de Mayo, we’ll be surprised to see the Congress House, with its dome lit up by hundreds of light bulbs.
